Visisht Infosolutions Pvt Ltd was promoted in the year 1998, by highly qualified and senior professionals with background in Logistics, Human Resource Management and Information technology. Promoters were keen to offer the solutions and services to the customers where they have expertise and can offer value for money. The company vision was set to,

In line with the company vision, company introduced in-house developed products within the first year of inception.

(i) PeoplePrism – Enterprise solution for Human Resource, Payroll and Benefits Management.
(ii) EssFeb –  Enterprise Software Solution for Express Business.

Subsequently company added following products based on demand from the customer.

(iii) MIDS – Marketing Information and Distribution System End to End solution for Secondary Sales  Management for FMCG Business.
(iv) ACS –  Enterprise Solution for Laundry Business.

(ii) Managed HR – This service is offered in association with HR Consulting organisation and VIPL offers IT Infrastructure, BackOffice and Software Solutions and Services.
